Macon Marriott City Center is a 3-star hotel located at 240 Coliseum Drive, Macon, Georgia. It is owned by Marriott, and is connected to the Edgar H. Wilson Convention Center. The hotel opened in 2009, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice-evacuation. The tones and/or messages are unknown at this time.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All common area notification appliances are EST “Genesis” G4-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 30cd).
Each guest room has an EST G4-S7 speaker (white, wall-mount, no marking) and additionally EST SIGA-AB4G sounder bases.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building. These are mounted on SIGA-SB4 bases in common areas, and SIGA-AB4G sounder bases in the guest rooms.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
