Mark’s is a clothing and retail store chain directed towards industrial wear. This particular store is located at 5400 Discovery Way, Leduc, Alberta. The store opened in 2007, and the fire alarm system is mostly original.

The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal. This panel was installed in 2013.

All indoor notification appliances are Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells (6” gong) mounted on Edwards 403-5A-R strobe plates (15cd).
For exterior notification, there is an Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bell (10” gong).
