There are Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in most areas.
There are Simplex 4098-9734 addressable 190°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the kitchen, laundry room, and washrooms.
All aforementioned detectors are mounted on Simplex 4098-9792 bases.
There are Simplex 4098-9601 conventional photoelectric smoke detectors in the main living area and at the top of the basement stairwell.
There are Simplex 4098-9755 addressable duct smoke detectors with Simplex 4098-9714 photoelectric heads on all fan units.
There are Simplex 4098-XAD-110 addressable photoelectric aspirating smoke detectors supervising the client room and padded room.
