13226 Macleod Trail SE is a multi-use building in Lake Bonavista, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It contains Canyon Meadows Cinemas, Chill Billiards, Reflex Supplements, Gymvt Avenida, Fortress Engineering, Fun 'N' More, Goodlife Fitness, and Pedalhead/Skiworks. It was built in 1992, and only some notification appliances are original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-400 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the Canyon Meadows Cinemas main exit vestibule. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal for the theatre, and continuous for all other tenants.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Canyon Meadows Cinemas[edit | edit source]

All original notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd). One portion of the main corridor has a Mircom "Select-A-Horn/Strobe" FHS-240R horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, 15cd) as a deficiency replacement. Theatre 6 and one portion of the main corridor have System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) as deficiency replacements.

All Other Tenants[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are Wheelock MBS-G10-24 motor bell/strobes (10" gong, 1.5cd).

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

Most pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations. Some areas have Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements. Other areas have Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements. All pull stations are wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable monitor modules, located directly behind each station.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier CPX-551A addressable ionization smoke detectors throughout the building, mounted on Notifier BX501 bases.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier MMX-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
