System Specifications (2018-present)[edit | edit source]
FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Simplex 4120 networked fire alarm system. There are likely 2 nodes on this system, both are Simplex 4100ES hybrid-addressable fire alarm panels. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert coding is 20BPM, and the alarm coding is likely temporal.
This panel replaced a Simplex 4100U from 2009, which in turn replaced the original Simplex 2001.
Annunciators[edit | edit source]
There is a Simplex 4100 operator interface at the front desk.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
Main Hotel[edit | edit source]
Most notification appliances are Simplex 2901-9330 vibrating bells (6” gong in most areas, 10” gong in basement), mounted behind grilles.
Some areas have Simplex 2901-9723 motor bells (6” gong) as deficiency replacements.
There are no notification appliances in the guest rooms.
