System Specifications[edit | edit source]
FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main floor boiler room. The system runs Mircom's Advanced addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators[edit | edit source]
There is a Mircom RAX-LCD annunciator located at the front entrance.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
Most notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P1224MCKA weatherproof horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to electromechanical, 75cd).
There are some System Sensor "L-Series" P2RLA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/electromechanical) as deficiency replacements, due to the building being a walkup and the horn/strobes being exposed to the elements.
There is one Mircom FHS-400-RR horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in the boiler room.
Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]
Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

Other pull stations consist of Mircom MS-401AP addressable single action pull stations, installed as deficiency replacements.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There is a Mircom MIX-2251AP at the top of each stairwell, mounted on a System Sensor B210LPA bases.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Mircom MP-300 end-of-line resistor plates on all signal circuits.
