The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

All notification appliances are Mircom “Select-A-Horn/Strobe” FHS-240R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to broadband/15cd).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations but one are Mircom MS-401AD addressable single-action pull stations.
There is an Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull station wired to a Mircom MIX-M501MA addressable monitor module at the main entrance as a deficiency replacement.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Mircom MIX-2251BA addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the second floor corridors, mounted on System Sensor B710LPA bases.
There are System Sensor DNRA duct smoke detector housings with Mircom MIX-2251BA addressable photoelectric heads on all make up air units.

There are Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There is a Mircom MIX-M500DMA addressable dual-input monitor module supervising the generator’s run and trouble contacts. <br.There are Mircom MIX-M500RA addressable relay modules for MUA and central vacuum shutdown.
There are System Sensor M500XA isolator modules on the SLC.
