Automatic Detection Devices

There are FDD CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in most tenants.
There are also Potter CR-135W conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the mix.
There are also Mirtone 73330 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors.
The stairwells, 8th floor copier room and some tenant rooms have System Sensor "i3" C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors; the 8th floor copier room one replaced a Mircom MIR-1400A conventional ionization smoke detector in 2025.
