Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton is a hotel, casino and events centre located at 13103 Fort Rd NW, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 2006, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the CACF room in the parkade. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert coding is 20BPM, and the alarm coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is an Edwards EST3-LCDANN annunciator equipped with an LCDXL1 display in the main entrance vestibule.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All common areas have Edwards “Genesis” G1-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
All guest rooms have Edwards 683-1C silenceable mini-horns (white) paired with Edwards G1-VM remote strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd); one set in the main living area, and one set in each bedroom.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are EST SIGA-IM addressable isolator modules on all SLCs.
There are Edwards “Genesis SignalMaster” G1M-RM signal modules controlling all horn/strobes.
