City of Airdrie 23 East Lake is an unofficial name for a roads/parks service building located at 23 East Lake Hill NE, in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 2002, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in the 2010s.

The building is protected by a Simplex 4010ES addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located at the main entrance. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

All indoor notification appliances are Simplex “TrueAlert” 4906-9127 horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is a Simplex 4906-9105 weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance.

There is a Simplex 4255-53 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detector in the elevator shaft, wired to a Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor module.

There are Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There is a Simplex 4090-9002 addressable relay module serving an unspecified purpose.
There are Simplex 4090-9116 addressable isolator modules on the SLC.

There are Simplex 2081-9040C end of line resistor plates on the elevator shaft heat detector circuit, and on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
