Ecole Manachaban Middle School is a middle school located at 724 Chiniki Dr, Cochrane, AB. It is operated by Rocky View Schools. The school was built in 1972, and expanded in 1992. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 2008.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS4 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the lobby, just past the main entrance. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances are EST “Genesis” G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd). These are mostly mounted to G1RT (red) trim plates.

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.

There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout, mounted on SIGA-SB bases.

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all signal circuits.
