The ICE District Connect Centre is an entertainment/retail plaza located adjacent to Rogers Place, at 10324 103 Street NW, in Downtown Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The plaza’s primary tenants are Loblaws City Market, Plantlife, ICE District Authentics, and The Canadian Icehouse. The building was built in 2022, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. This is likely a networked system; the panel locations are unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

For outdoor notification, there is an Edwards “Integrity” 757-1A-SS70W remote speaker (white, wall-mount, 70V) paired with an Edwards CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd).

This unit has a mix of Edwards “Genesis” G4SVWF speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, FIRE marking, set to 70V/15cd) and Edwards GCSVWF speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, set to 70V/15cd).
