The Marsden Hotel is a hotel and bar located at 11 Railway Ave, Marsden, SK. It was built in 1930, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in the 1980s.

The building is protected by a Fire-Lite Senciscan 1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located behind the front desk. The system coding is continuous.

All notification appliances are vintage unknown vibrating bells (possibly Honeywell, gray, 6" gong, labeled “FIRE BELL 24V”).
