The building is protected by a Kidde VS4 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Kidde’s GSA addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

The building was protected by an Edwards EST2 addressable fire alarm system. The panel was located in the main entrance vestibule. The system ran Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding was continuous.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Most notification appliances were General Signal MB10-24 motor bells (10” gong) mounted on Edwards 403-5A-R strobe plates (15cd).
There was one Edwards MB10-24 motor bell (10” gong) on the existing strobe plate as a deficiency replacement.
One bell was on a Wheelock RSSP-24MCW strobe plate (red, set to 15cd) as a deficiency replacement.
