Rockyview Hotel is a historic hotel located at 304 1 St W, Cochrane, AB. It also contains Texas Gate Bar & Grill. The hotel was originally built in 1903, and the fire alarm parts range from the 1920s to 2021.

The building is protected by a hardwired 120V fire alarm system, so there is no panel.

Most notification appliances are antique Edwards model 17 vibrating bells (external striker). There is a Potter PBA1206 vibrating bell (6” gong) installed in Texas Gate Grill as a deficiency replacement in 2021.
