Scarborough Town Centre is a shopping mall located at 300 Borough Dr, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. The mall is managed by Oxford Properties. The mall opened in 1973, and was extensively renovated from 1998-1999. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 1999.

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the security office. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert signal coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal for the alarm signal.
