Sobeys is a Canadian grocery store chain owned by Empire. This particular store is located at 1960 Strachan Road SE, in the Cornerstone shopping area of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. The store was built in 1998, and the fire alarm system is mostly original; the FACP was replaced in the 2020s.

The building is protected by an Edwards iO1000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
This panel replaced an Edwards EST2.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
