The Hendrix is a high-rise apartment building located at 9733 111 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta. The complex was built in 2016, and the fire alarm system is original.
System Specifications
FACP
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the firefighter command room. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with Notifier's "Digital Voice Command" voice-evacuation system. The evacuation tone is unknown, but the horn/strobes' coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is a Notifier LCD-160 annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.
There is a graphic annunciator beside the main FACP.
Booster Panels
There are numerous Notifier DAA2-5025 50-watt amplifiers, located in electrical rooms throughout.
Notification Appliances

Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building.
There are Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the garbage room and at the bottom of the elevator shaft.
All above detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
There is a System Sensor DNRA duct smoke detector housing with an FSP-851A addressable photoelectric head on the AHU.
