12520 102 Ave NW is the address of a small retail/dining plaza in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The plaza consists of Original Joe's and Red Ribbon Boutique. The building was built in 1914, and was repurposes in the late 1960s. A major electrical upgrade took place in 1995, which included a new fire alarm system; replacement parts have been installed as deficiencies occur.

This panel was installed in 2000 replacing a Notifier SFP-400B.

Notification Appliances

The boutique and maintenance hallway have Mircom "Select-A-Horn/Strobe" FHS-240R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 30cd).
There are two System Sensor "L-Series" P2RLA-E horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in the boutique as deficiency replacements.
There are Wheelock RSS-2415W-FR remote strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd) in the boutique washrooms.
Original Joe's has a System Sensor P2RLA horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

Pull Stations

All pull stations but one are Notifier FM-950B conventional single-action pull stations (front-reset variant).

There is a Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull station in the boutique as a deficiency replacement.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are FDD CF-200 conventional 200°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in the boutique mechanical room and the restaurant maintenance room.
There are System Sensor 5604A 194°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in the kitchen of Original Joe's.
