The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
Most notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
Dr. Dan Dental has a System Sensor “L-Series” P2RLA horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd electromechanical) at the back of the dental office, installed in 2018 as that area was redone.
For exterior notification, there is a System Sensor P2RKA weatherproof horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) outside the electrical room.

All pull stations are Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases. There is also a sprinkler system with waterflow detection.
Modules[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on each SLC.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistors on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
