The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-200 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators[edit | edit source]
There is a Notifier LCD-80 annunciator in the Staples vestibule, and a Notifier LCD-80TM annunciator outside Adidas Outlet.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances but one are Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bells (6” gong) mounted on Wheelock RSSP-2415W strobe plates (15cd). There is a Notifier KMS-6-24A motor bell (6” gong) mounted on a Wheelock RSSP-24MCW strobe plate (set to 15cd) in Staples as a deficiency replacement.

All pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable monitor modules.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier DHX-502A duct smoke detectors with Notifier CPX-551A addressable ionization smoke detector heads mounted on all air handling units.
Modules[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier MMX-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier CMX-2A addressable relay modules for HVAC control.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
