FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-200C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in a custodian's closet on the first floor. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal. This panel replaced an Edwards Custom 6500.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Notifier LCD-80 annunciator in the main entrance vestibule. It is mounted in the 6500’s cabinet.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All areas except the parkade have System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" PC2WA horn/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd). The parkade has System Sensor P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

Most pull stations are Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull stations. Some areas have Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements. The addressable setup of this system is unknown at this time.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the facility, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA low-profile bases. The mechanical rooms and some other areas have FDD CR135 conventional fixed/rate-of-rise heat detectors. [[]
