The Beaumont Community Centre is a community centre located at 5204 50 Ave, Beaumont, AB. It spans two floors, has an area of 30,000 sq ft, has the largest banquet facility in Leduc County, and a seating capacity for 500. It was built in 2015, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3X addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, and the model is unconfirmed. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. Alert signal coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal for the evacuation signal. General alarm timer length is 5 minutes.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is an EST RLCD-C LCD annunciator and an RLED24 LED annunciator in an RA-ENC2 cabinet located in the west entrance.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are EST “Genesis” G1F-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, FIRE lettering, set to 15cd).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270P addressable two-stage pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are no visible detectors, a sprinkler system with waterflow detection is present.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
