Beaumont Shopping Centre is a small commercial plaza located at 5802 50 St, Beaumont, AB. It consists of Sobeys, PetValu, Domino's, Healthstar Chiropractic Walk-In Clinic, Saigon Delights, Edo Japan, and Wild Wing. The plaza was built in 2012, and retains its original fire alarm system.

FACP
The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room on the North side of Sobeys. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There are two EST QSA-1-S cabinets outside consisting of a QS1-CPU-1 annunciator and SL30 zone card, located in the Sobeys entrance vestibule and outside on the North side of Sobeys, facing the other tenants.
Notification Appliances
All of the notification appliances are Edwards "Genesis" G1-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
In the Wild Wing, the horn/strobes are on G1T (white) trim plates.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
All pull stations but one are EST SIGA-270 addressable single action pull stations.
Edo Japan has a Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull station, wired to an EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor module.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are EST "SuperDuct" SIGA-SD addressable photoelectric duct smoke detectors on the make-up air units.
There is an EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detector at the top of the Sobeys stairwell, mounted on a SIGA-SB base.
Modules
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable input modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches
There are EST SIGA-IM addressable isolator modules on the SLC.
EOLs
There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistors on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
Code Violations
There is tape covering one horn/strobe's grill in Sobeys, and in Domino's. There is also tape on the SIGA-270 in Domino's.
