The fire alarm system is partially original, with an upgrade taking place in 2024.

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 hybrid addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom's Advanced addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
This panel replaced a Mircom Series FA-1000 in 2024.

Other areas, such as the pool area, have System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
These replaced Mircom BL-10 motor bells (10” gong) on Wheelock RSSP-2415W strobe plates (15cd).
Guest Rooms
Most 2001 guest rooms have Mircom MH-S25WA silenceable mini-horns (white) next to Mircom "Select-a-Strobe" FS-240R remote strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd).
Some guest rooms have System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) mounted on disconnected Wheelock RSSP-2415W-FR strobe plates (red, 15cd).
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
All pull stations are Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations. These have the gray labels in the original portion, and the white in the 2001 part.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are System Sensor C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building.
The elevator lobbies have Mircom MIX-2351APA addressable photoelectric smoke detectors mounted on System Sensor B300A-6 bases.
Modules
There are Mircom MIX-M500RAPA addressable relay modules for elevator recall.
There are System Sensor MDL3RA sync modules synchronizing all horn/strobes.
EOLs
There are Mircom MP-300 end of line resistor plates on all circuits except the elevator lobby SLC.
