Boston Pizza is Canada’s largest chain of casual dining restaurants. This particular restaurant is located at 5309 50 Avenue, in Leduc, Alberta, Canada. The restaurant was built in 1981, and was renovated in 1989. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 1989, and had some modifications in the 1990s.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST1 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is continuous.

All notification appliances are Wheelock MB-G10-24 motor bells (10” gong) mounted on Wheelock RSSP-2415W-FR strobe plates (red, 15cd).

All pull stations but one are Edwards 275-C111 conventional single-action pull stations.
There is a Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull station at one exit as a deficiency replacement.

There is a kitchen suppression system tied into the fire alarm system as a zone.

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all circuits.
