The building is protected by an Edwards EST2 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

All notification appliances but one are EST “PowerSaver Integrity” 757H-15PS horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd.)
There is an EST 757-5A-T horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, 15cd) as a deficiency replacement.
