Carewest George Boyack is a senior's care facility located at 1203 Centre Ave NE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The facility is owned and operated by Alberta Health Services. The building was built in 1969, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 1998.

FACP

The building is protected by a Cerberus Pyrotronics MXL addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located by the front reception. The system runs Siemens' FirePrint addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert signal coding is 30BPM, and the alarm signal coding is 120BPM march time.

Annunciators

There are Cerberus Pyrotronics RCC-1 annunciators at each nurse's station.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are Cerberus Pyrotronics BDC-624C motor bells (6" gong).
Some areas have Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bells (6" gong) as deficiency replacements.

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Cerberus Pyrotronics MSI-30BC addressable two-stage single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Cerberus Pyrotronics FP-11 addressable multisensor smoke/heat detectors throughout most areas.
There are Cerberus Pyrotronics FPT-11 addressable heat detectors in some areas.
All aforementioned detectors are mounted on Cerberus Pyrotronics DB-11 bases.
There are Cerberus Pyrotronics AD11-XPR duct smoke detector housings equipped with Cerberus Pyrotronics FP-11 addressable heads on all air handling units.

Modules

There are Cerberus Pyrotronics TRI-B6 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Cerberus Pyrotronics TRI-R addressable relay modules serving various purposes.

EOLs

There are Siemens EL-300C end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
