System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located at the top of the west stairwell. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances

All indoor notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance.

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors at the top of the elevator shaft and the mechanical/furnace room.

There is a Notifier FSD-751PLA addressable photoelectric duct smoke detector on the main air handling unit.
