The Cochrane Provincial Building is a provincial office building and courthouse located at 217 1st Street West, in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 1983, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in the 2010s.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

There is a Notifier LCD2-80 annunciator in the main lobby.
Booster Panels[edit | edit source]
There is a Notifier ACPS-610 addressable booster power supply in the main FACP.

All notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations are Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of each stairwell.
There are Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all storage, electrical, telephone and mechanical rooms.
All aforementioned detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
There are System Sensor DNRA duct smoke detector housings with Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric heads on all air handling units.

There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on all SLCs.
