Cornwall Centre is the largest shopping mall in southern Saskatchewan, located at 2102 11th Ave, Regina, Saskatchewan. It features over 80 stores on two floors. The mall opened in 1981, and was renovated in 2019. The fire alarm system was upgraded during the renovations.
System Specifications (2019-present)
FACP
The building is protected by a Notifier NOTI-FIRE-NET addressable networked fire alarm system. All nodes are Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable panels. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with Notifier's "Digital Voice Command" voice evacuation system. The system is configured for two-stage operation. The alert tone is 20BPM, followed by the temporal evacuation tone. Both stages play pre-recorded messages.
For the horn/strobes the alert signal coding is 20BPM, followed by continuous as the alarm signal.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are System Sensor "L-Series" SPSCWLA-E speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd).
There are System Sensor SPCWLA speakers (white) for additional audible coverage.
Some areas have System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd), left over from the 2000 upgrade.

All pull stations are Notifier N-MPS-2A addressable two-stage pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas.
There are Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in other areas.
All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
Modules
There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on the SLC.
EOLs
There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
