FACP

The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS4 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical/fire control room on the P1 level. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal. The panel's onboard NACs are not utilized; all notification appliances are powered off booster panels.

There is an EST QSA-2-S annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.

Booster Panels

There are Edwards BPS6AC 6-amp booster power supplies in the main electrical room and in some other areas.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are Edwards "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
Some areas have Edwards GC-HDVM horn/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
Some areas have Edwards G4AVRF horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, FIRE marking, set to 15cd) as deficiency replacements.

Pull Stations

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in all electrical and telephone rooms, at the top of each stairwell, and in some other areas.
There are EST SIGA-HRS addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all mechanical rooms and elevator pits.
All detectors are mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.

Modules

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the generator's run and trouble contacts, and the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.

EOLs

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all circuits supervised by monitor modules, and on all signal circuits.
