DoubleTree by Hilton is an upscale hotel chain owned by Hilton. They are headquartered in McLean, Virginia, and are known for their complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies, which are said to be delicious. This particular hotel is located at 611 W Wisconsin Ave, in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. The hotel was built in 1967, and was renovated in 2017. The fire alarm system is believed to be from 2017.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, however the model has been confirmed based on the size of the building and the initiating devices. The system runs EST’s Signature-series addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown.
