The Firecom 8500 is a Conventional panel developed by Firecom sometime in the 1980s. It was replaced by the LSN-2000 in 1994, when the 8500 was discontinued. It is one of the rarest, and unknown panels out there, and are very sought after.

Desk Mounted 8500 The desk-mounted 8500 is a build of the 8500 that can be mounted typically on a Security desk/FCS desk.
Wall Mounted 8500 The wall-mounted 8500 is a build of the 8500 that can be mounted on a wall, typically behind an FCS or in a mechanical room.

Features of the 8500
The 8500 did not in fact use it's own tone generator. It used the Bogen TG4C, which supported a Slow-whoop tone, a Chime tone, Pulse tone, steady tone, and a continuous tone.

The Firecom 8500 was developed and released in the 1980s, most likely in the early 80s.
