Flintridge Place is a low-rise apartment building located at 8208 Flint Road SE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building is owned and managed by Boardwalk. The building was built in 1969, and fire alarm devices remain from the two previous upgrades, in 1998 and 2009. The FACP was replaced in the mid-2010s.

FACP
The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the first floor corridor near the elevator lobby. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are Cerberus Pyrotronics MTL-S15-F horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd, set to horn).
These are located throughout the corridors and lobby; there are no signalling devices in the suites.

Pull Stations
All pull stations are Mircom MS-401AD addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Mircom MIX-2251BA addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in all corridors, the elevator lobbies on each floor, and at the top of each stairwell.
There are Mircom MIX-5251RBA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all offices, all storage/janitor rooms, the maintenance shop, and the 5th floor mechanical room.
There is a Mircom MIX-5251HBA addressable 190°F fixed-temperature heat detector in the main floor mechanical and garbage rooms.
All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
Modules
There is a Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor module supervising the sprinkler system’s flow switch.
There are Mircom MIX-M500RA addressable relay modules for elevator recall.
There are System Sensor ISO-XA isolator modules isolating the elevator devices.

There are Cerberus Pyrotronics EL-30 end of line resistor plates on all signal circuits.
