The Golden 1 Center is a 17,608 seat arena located at 500 David J Stern Walk, Sacramento, California. The arena is home to the NBA’s Sacramento Kings. It was built in 2016, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Notifier NOTI-FIRE-NET networked fire alarm system. All nodes are Notifier NFS2-3030 addressable panels, the locations are unknown. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with Notifier’s “Digital Voice Command” (DVC) voice evacuation system. The tones and/or messages are unknown.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
Most notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” SPSCW speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 30cd).
Some areas have System Sensor SPSW speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 30cd).
Areas requiring more audible coverage have System Sensor SPCW speakers (white, ceiling-mount).
The player locker room shower area has a System Sensor SPSCWK weatherproof speaker/strobe (white, ceiling-mount).
The arena’s public address system also broadcasts all system audio.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier FSP-851 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in stairwells, lower ceiling areas of the concourse and possibly other areas. All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LP bases.

There are Notifier FMM-1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1 addressable relay modules serving various purposes, including PA takeover.
