Grand Central Manor III is a highrise apartment building located at 10904 102 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB. The building was completed in 2003, and the fire alarm system is mostly original, with a panel replacement in 2016.
The system also supervises the parkade next to it.

System Specifications (2003-present)

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the electrical room. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with Notifier's "Digital Voice Command" (DVC) voice-evacuation system. The tones and/or messages are unknown at this time.
This panel was installed in 2016, replacing the original Notifier AFP1010.

Annunicators

There is a Notifier LCD-160 annunciator with a FHS firefighter's telephone and RM-1 microphone in the main entrance vestibule.

Booster Panels

There are multiple Notifier FCPS-24C 6-amp booster power supplies on the system, powering the strobes.

Notification Appliances

All common area notification appliances are Wheelock E-7070-LSM-24-VFW speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, 15/75cd).
Each suite has a System Sensor "SpectrAlert" SP2W2415A speaker/strobe (white, wall-mount, 15cd), wired to a System Sensor SIGSM-100 silence switch.
The parkade has Wheelock ET-1010-W weatherproof speakers (white, ceiling-mount) with System Sensor "SpectrAlert" S241575KA weatherproof remote strobes (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd) beside them.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950KB conventional two-stage pull stations, wired to two Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules per station.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FSI-751A addressable ionization smoke detectors throughout the building.
There are some Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors as deficiency replacements.
All above detectors are mounted on System Sensor B710LPA bases.
There are some Notifier FSP-951A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors as deficiency replacements, either mounted to the aforementioned base or System Sensor B300A-6 bases.

Modules

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are Notifier FTM-1A addressable fire phone modules supervising all fire phones.
There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on each SLC.

Firefighter's Telephones

There are Notifier FT-300N firefighter's telephones on each floor.

EOLs

There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
