Hotel Terrasse Royale is an independent hotel located at 5225 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, Quebec. The hotel opened in 1964, and the fire alarm system was mostly upgraded in the late 1980s and early 2010s.

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 hybrid-addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

There are some Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells (6” gong) located in some areas.

Some areas have GUARD-X rebranded MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.

The common areas have Mircom MIX-5251RBA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
Some areas have Edwards 245A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors.
Some rooms have FDD CR135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors.
