System Specifications (2003-present)

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice-evacuation. The system is also configured for two-stage operation. The alert signal is believed to be a 20BPM tone, followed by the alarm signal, a temporal tone. Both signals have custom messages.

Most notification appliances are Edwards “Genesis” G4F-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, FIRE lettering, 70V).

The washrooms have Edwards GC-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, no marking, 70V).

All speaker/strobes are all set to 1 watt and 15cd.
