MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual is a casual dining chain with locations all across Canada. This particular location is located at 24 Westpark Blvd, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The restaurant was built in 2002 as Maple Tree Grill, and was renovated in 2013 to Sawmill and became MR MIKES in 2023. The fire alarm system was mostly installed in 2013, with some parts being original and others replaced as deficiencies occur.

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
This panel replaced a Notifier AFP-200 in 2013 during the renovations.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
There are two original System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd, set to electromechanical) in the womens' washroom and lobby.
The kitchen and lounge each have a System Sensor "L-Series" P2RLA horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, bilingual lettering, set to 15cd) as deficiency replacements.
The staff room has a System Sensor P2RLED-B horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) as a deficiency replacement.
There is a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" SRA remote strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in the mens' washroom.

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in most areas of the kitchen, plus the office.
Some areas of the kitchen have Notifier FST-851HA addressable 190°F fixed-temperature heat detectors.
All above detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
The storage and mechanical rooms have Notifier FST-751A addressable 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors, mounted on System Sensor B710LPA bases.

Modules

There is a Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor module supervising the kitchen suppression system.
There is a Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay module for shutting down the rooftop air unit.

EOLs

There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on the suppression and all signal circuits.
