FACP
The building is protected by an Edwards EST3X addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the pool main electrical room. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
This panel replaced the original EST QuickStart QS4 in 2024.
Annunciators
There is an Edwards RLCD-C annunciator with a custom graphic at the main customer service desk.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Edwards MB10-24 motor bells (10" gong) paired with Edwards "Genesis" G1R-VM remote strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in the atrium, above the ceiling in some areas, at the top of each stairwell and in electrical rooms.
Some areas have EST SIGA-HRS addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors.
All detectors are mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
The return air units and make-up air units have EST "SuperDuct" SIGA-SD addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.
Modules
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches, the generator's run and trouble contacts, fire pump and server room system.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are EST SIGA-IM isolator modules on each SLC.
EOLs
