Royal Park Plaza is an apartment building located at 1312 12 Ave SW, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building is owned and managed by Boardwalk. The building was built in 1978, and the fire alarm system is not original.

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system coding is likely continuous.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Mircom RAM-1032TZDS annunciator in the main entrance vestibule, mounted inside a Mircom BB-1001 enclosure.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Most notification appliances are Mircom BL-10B motor bells (10” gong).
Some areas have Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bells (6” gong).
There are likely additional bells in some areas, however this is unconfirmed.
