Sleep Inn & Suites is an American chain of hotels. This particular hotel is located at 3200 Outlet Blvd, Idaho Falls, ID. It was built in 2009, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the lobby, on the left side of the entrance. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are from System Sensor’s “SpectrAlert Advance” line of products.
All common area notification appliances are System Sensor P2W horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
The pool area has System Sensor P2RK weatherproof horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 75cd).
There are System Sensor SW remote strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in areas requiring more visual coverage.
Each guest room and the weight room have System Sensor HW horns (white, wall-mount).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

Most pull stations are Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations.
The pool area has Notifier NBG-12LXO weatherproof addressable dual-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FSP-851 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel, mounted on System Sensor B501 bases. There is also a sprinkler system.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
