The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice-evacuation. The tones and/or messages are unknown.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
The notification appliances were untouched during the upgrade, and are from the previous system.
Most common area notification appliances are Wheelock E90-24MCC-FW speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 75cd).
There are also some Wheelock E90-24MCC-FR speaker/strobes (red, ceiling -mount, set to 75cd)
There is a Wheelock E60-24MCC-FW speaker/strobe (white, ceiling-mount, set to 75cd) in the lobby as a deficiency replacement.
The hotel hallways have Wheelock E70-24MCW speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
Some guest rooms have Wheelock ET-1070-WM-24-VFW speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, 117cd), while all have EST SIGA-A4BG sounder bases.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Edwards SIGA-PD addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel. These are mounted on SIGA-SB bases in common areas, and SIGA-AB4G sounder bases in each guest room.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
