Steenbuck Pointe is a set of two apartment buildings owned and managed by Broadstreet Properties. This page will cover Building 120, located at 120 Albany Drive NW, Edmonton, Alberta. It was built in 2012, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal for common areas, and continuous for suites.

There is a Mircom INX-10A 10-amp power supply on the system.

Notification Appliances

All common area notification appliances are Mircom “Select-a-Horn/Strobe” FHS-340R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/electromechanical).
