FACP
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert coding is 20BPM, and the alarm coding is temporal.
Booster Panels
There are three Notifier FCPS-24S6C 6-amp booster power supplies on the system; two are located in comm rooms, and one is located in the sprinkler room.
Notification Appliances
Most indoor notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" PC4WA horn/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd).
Some areas have System Sensor P4RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance.

All pull stations are Notifier N-MPS-2A addressable two-stage single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of each stairwell.
There are Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the main electrical room, and in all comm rooms.
All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
Modules
There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
EOLs
