The City of Lougheed Shopping Centre is an indoor shopping mall located at 9855 Austin Road, in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. The mall was built in 1969, and was renovated in 2002. The fire alarm system was upgraded as part of the 2002 renovation, and the FACP was replaced in 2019. This system will be upgraded in the near future.

FACP
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert signal coding is 20BPM, and the alarm signal coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is a Notifier LCD2-80 annunciator at the main entrance.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Gamewell 13-003 vibrating bells (10" gong, unconfirmed model).
Some areas have Notifier KMS-10-24VDC/P motor bells (10" gong) as deficiency replacements.
Renovated tenants have Notifier KMS-10-24A motor bells (10" gong); these can also be found throughout the mall as deficiency replacements.

Pull Stations
All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950KB conventional two-stage single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of each stairwell, mounted on Notifier B710LPA bases.
Modules
There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
EOLs
There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
