Travelodge is a chain of budget hotels owned by Wyndham. The chain is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, USA, and has locations across North America. This particular hotel is located at 10320 45th Avenue Northwest, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The hotel opened in 1977, and was renovated in 2015. The fire alarm system is not original, and devices range in age from the 1977 to 2015.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C conventional fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system is configured as conventional, and has several Notifier XP6-MA zone cards to accommodate conventional devices. The system coding is likely temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Notifier LCD-80TM annunciator paired with a Notifier ACM-24AT annunciator behind the front desk.

All notification appliances are Notifier KMS-10-24A motor bells (10” gong). These are installed throughout the corridors and other common areas; the guest rooms have no signaling devices.

There are System Sensor C2W-BA conventional 2-wire photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel’s common areas. The building is not equipped with a sprinkler system.
