Trico Centre for Family Wellness (or simply Trico Centre, also called Family Leisure Centre), is a recreation complex located in Willow Park at 11150 Bonaventure Drive SE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 1982, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 2019.

The building is protected by a Kidde VS4 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located on the ramp to the second floor. The system runs Kidde's GSA addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is a Kidde K-RLCD-C annunciator paired with a Kidde K-RLED24 annunciator in the main entrance vestibule, mounted in an Edwards RA-ENC2 enclosure.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are a mix of Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10" gong) and Edwards MB10-24 motor bells (10" gong) mounted on Edwards 403-5A-R strobe plates.
The men's locker room has a Mircom BL-10B motor bell (10" gong) mounted on an Amseco RSB24-153075 strobe plate (set to 15cd) as a deficiency replacement.

There are Kidde GSA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Kidde GSA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are Kidde GSA-IM addressable isolator modules on all SLCs.
EOLs
There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
