The Vermilion Public Library is a public library located at 5001 49 Avenue, in Vermilion, Alberta, Canada. The library was built in 1980, and the fire alarm system is original, with replacement parts installed as deficiencies occur.

The building is protected by an Edwards FireShield Plus FSP1004G conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is continuous.
